The lineup for the SA20 playoffs has been confirmed with the Wanderers and Cape Town internet hosting the first two eliminators this week.

The league introduced a brand new playoff construction for season two, with a Qualifier 1, Eliminator and a Qualifier 2 organising the highway to the remaining. 

Following the completion of the common season, the teams contesting these playoff matches can be the can be the Sunrisers Eastern Cape, the Durban Super Giants, the Paarl Royals and the Joburg Super Kings.

The prime two teams will play one another in Qualifier 1, adopted by the Eliminator between the third fourth-placed teams.

The loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of the Eliminator will battle it out in Qualifier 2 for an opportunity to e book their place in the Final, which can be towards the winner of Qualifier 1.

The SA20 playoffs can be an exciting lead-up to the remaining, with Qualifier 1 scheduled at Newlands on 6 February, the Eliminator at Wanderers on 7 February, and Qualifier 2 at Wanderers on 8 February.

The Royals, completed in third place on the desk and can head to the Wanderers to face the fourth-placed Joburg Super Kings in the Eliminator on Wednesday, 7 February.

The Sunrisers’ and second positioned Durban’s Super Giants will lock horns in Qualifier 1 at Newlands on Tuesday, 6 February.
