“On behalf of the entire Vodacom [Blue] Bulls family, I wish to thank each every one of the 51700 fans who have purchased a ticket. Duhan van der Merwe: Blue Bulls major focus

Martin Anayi, Vodacom United Rugby Championship CEO, stated ‘there is no bigger rugby game taking place on the planet this weekend and a sell-out crowd is befitting for a clash of these giant clubs’.

“Huge credit goes to the Vodacom Bulls, the DHL Stormers, Vodacom, SuperSport and all the other stakeholders who collaborated to promote this game. It takes the title as the second-highest ever attendance for a single game in the league’s history. It should be one hell of a spectacle,” he stated in a statement.
