Cam Reddish says Knicks benched him because of favoritism and politics

Before getting traded to the Trail Blazers, Cam Reddish performed solely 20 video games for the Knicks this season averaging 8.4 factors in 21.9 minutes per sport.

The 23-year-old small ahead fell out of favor with the pinnacle coach Tom Thibodeau. Looking again at his time in New York, Reddish him not taking part in was not about basketball.

“It was tough but at the same time, it ain’t even about basketball,” Reddish stated, through Stefan Bondy of the Daily News. “It had nothing to do with basketball. It was all the politics, all the favoritism. S–t like that. That’s why I wasn’t too worried about it.”

Since shifting to Portland, the participant is averaging 13.8 factors, 3.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 30.8 minutes per sport. Reddish has began in 10 of 12 video games for the Blazers.
