Russell Westbrook couldn’t purchase a shot in opposition to the Clippers. The former NBA MVP missed all of 11 shot makes an attempt and completed the sport with 2 factors, each from free-throws.

After the sport he described his performance as solid, seemingly referring to the defensive aspect of the sport. Sports analyst Chris Broussard agrees with such evaluation.

However, he thinks that the Lakers shouldn’t count on Westbrook to make pictures whereas being a role player as a result of he wants to be in a rhythm for that.

“Russ was solid against the Clippers. … The Lakers want Russ to be a role player. And Russell Westbrook as a role player is never going to shoot well. If that’s what they want they’re going to get nights like this,” Broussard stated on First Things First.
