Crazy scenes as pitch invaders disrupt Ashes

On Wednesday, the highly-anticipated second Ashes Test obtained underway, with Australia having taken a 1-0 lead within the well-known five-match series.

However, the beginning of the encounter was bizarrely disrupted when pitch invaders took to the sector, inflicting some preliminary panic as they straight approached gamers.

England received the toss and elected to bowl with each groups confirming just one change to their beginning XI’s from Edgbaston.

For England, quick bowler Josh Tounge replaces spinner Moeen Ali, whereas Australia’s Scott Boland has been dropped, with Mitchell Starc recalled for the Lord’s fixture.

“Just because they (England) are scoring at a higher rate or trying to score at a higher rate doesn’t mean you go to one-day cricket,” Starc commented on the eve of the conflict.

“There are plenty of ways to skin a cat as we saw last week in the way they approached it as opposed to the way we did.”
