Dewald Brevis called up by Proteas for Australia ODIs, T20s

Former SA U-19 star Dewald Brevis has earned his maiden call-up to the Proteas group for the ODI and T20 sequence’ towards the touring Australians from later this month.

The Proteas and Australia will conflict in 5 ODIs and three T20 matches.

Brevis, 20, made a reputation for himself because the main run-scorer on the U-19 males’s World Cup in January 2022 with 506 runs – essentially the most by any batter in a single version of the event.
