€150,000 worth bikes stolen from TotalEnergies at Tour de France

TotalEnergies have been the sufferer of bicycle thieves forward of the twelfth stage of the Tour de France, 11 staff bikes and instruments being stolen.

The French staff reported the theft to native police. The 11 Enve bikes stolen have been reportedly worth €150,000. Tool bins have been additionally stolen, making it tough for the staff to assemble alternative bikes.

All riders at the Tour have at least three bikes.

Jean-René Bernaudeau, staff supervisor, mentioned: “This is annoying, but the riders are not upset by it. We still have bikes in stock. The fact that we no longer have the toolboxes is especially annoying.”
