Former Chiefs defender continues search for new club

Chiefs launched Mabiliso in August 2023 after making solely 4 appearances in all competitions for the club within the 2022/23 season.

Former Kaizer Chiefs and AmaZulu left-back Sibusiso Mabiliso has not given up hope of discovering a club earlier than the season ends.

Mabiliso, who joined Usuthu on a free switch in the beginning of the season, was launched by AmaZulu in January this yr after making solely two appearances for the club.

Word is that AmaZulu coach Pablo Franco Martin advised the club administration that the 24-year-old was not a part of his plans going ahead and a call was made for him to be launched in January.

There have been reviews in January that Mabiliso was launched by AmaZulu due to ailing self-discipline.

“He is currently training on his own to keep fit, he wants to play football. But with less than 10 games left before the end of the season, it doesn’t look like he will join a team anytime soon,” a supply advised Phakaaathi.

Mabiliso began his skilled profession at AmaZulu, having joined them from the Platinum Stars improvement crew.
