Gary Player holds Rugby World Cup trophy

Player took to Facebook on Monday to submit: “I’ve been fortunate enough to hold many trophies during my career but holding the Rugby World Cup was perhaps my favourite of 2023. The Springboks continue to make South Africa proud, and I know they have started preparing for another title defence in 2027. GP”

Player held the trophy on the lately concluded Nedbank Golf Challenge at Sun City.
