‘It’s 1 of worst pieces of advice,” teacher says. Here what he thinks you should do

“Keep your head down.” 

You’ve heard it. I’ve heard it. Perhaps you stated it your self. 

What say you, Lucas Wald? 

“‘Keep your head down when you swing,’ he stated. “This is a few of the worst recommendation. And I hear this on a regular basis.

Wald, a GOLF Top 100 Teacher to Watch, was speaking on a lately posted video to his Instagram account (and you can watch the video here, and you can follow Wald’s account here). But Wald is form. 

In the video, he suggested what you should do. 

He stated larger hitters flip their shoulders previous 90 levels — and that your head should swivel with the shoulder flip. He had a drill to assist. The steps are as follows:
