Kaizer Chiefs to sign TWO players from Richards Bay?

Kaizer Chiefs are intent on signing two players from Richards Bay, a group which simply handed them one more defeat within the DStv Premiership.

According to the Citizen, Salim Magoola and former Orlando Pirates star Ntsaki Makhubela are on the Chiefs want record.

“Talks over the signings of Salim and Ntsako started some time ago, but they had to be halted because of Richards Bay’s precarious position on the log. But they will resume after the conclusion of the season. What I can tell you though is that both players are keen to join Chiefs,” a supply informed Phakaaathi.

Magoola scooped the Man of the Match award on Sunday after a string of saves denying Chiefs and preserving his clear sheet. It would have completed his confidence no hurt. Meanwhile, 30-year-old Makhubala might convey huge expertise to the Amakhosi engine room.

Magoola is a wished man

Chiefs have been inquisitive about signing Nigeria and Chippa goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali. However, the 27-year-old, a standout performer at Afcon with the Super Eagles, would fetch a switch payment of over R35 Million. According to iDiski Times, Amakhosi are trying on the potential free switch of Richards Bay keeper Salim Magoola. The Natal Rich Boys are struggling to fend off relegation this season. Magoola has kept only four clean sheets in 19 league appearances this time period.
