South Africa’s Chris Jooste gained the lads’s elite Cape Town Cycle Tour in prefect situations on Sunday, whereas there was no stopping Kim Le Court De Billot but again within the girls’s elite race.

Riding for the TufoBMC workforce, it was Jooste’s first triumph in what’s the world’s largest single day timed race.
Jooste stopped the clock in a time of two:36.14 after 109km of racing.
Andries Nigrini took second with Jaedon Terlouw n third.
Meanwhile, the women’s elite race over 78km was gained for the third consecutive 12 months – and fourth time general – by Mauritius rider Kim Le Court De Billot in a time of two:13:20.
Le Court de Billot completed forward of Vera Looser with Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio rounding out the rostrum.
