Latvia Basketball Responds to Kristaps Porzingis Injury Reports

A journalist on Twitter reported on Wednesday that Latvia star Kristaps Porzingis is unsure for the FIBA World Cup and Latvia basketball have since responded to the claims.

Rupert Fabig of Hamburger Abendblatt mentioned that The Unicorn was dealing with a foot injury and that World Cup employees, Boston and Kristaps himself had been going to wait till the final minute to make a descision on his participation.

However, in gentle of the information, the Latvian National group have launched an announcement.

“There has been information that questions the participation of Kristaps Porzingis in the FIBA ​​World Cup,” they tweeted. “LBS denies this information.
