LIAM SMITH has apologised to followers after his rematch with Chris Eubank Jr was postponed for a second time.

While there was no remark from Eubank Jr his promoter Kalle Sauerland of Wasserman Boxing had this to say:
“We have been informed that Liam Smith is not fit to fight on July 1st. We are awaiting further medical reports before we announce the new date shortly.”
In February Eubank confirmed he can be taking over the rematch clause to face ‘Beefy’ as soon as once more after a crushing fourth-round defeat first time across the earlier month.
