Mark Cavendish made Tour de France history on Wednesday winning a file 35th stage on the age of 39.
Cavendish equalled all-time nice Eddy Merckx’s file of 34 wins in 2021, and with this 35th triumph is now the only proprietor of the file for stage wins on this planet’s biggest bike race.
