More than 9 months after she was detained by Russian officers for having cannabis oil cartridges in her baggage, Brittney Griner is lastly coming residence.
Griner was launched on Thursday in a prisoner trade for Russian arms seller Viktor Bout, who was serving a 25-year sentence for offering heavy weapons to terrorists and conspiring to kill Americans.
