South Africa will face both India or England within the T20 World Cup remaining.
While they had been clearly elated with their historic victory on Thursday morning, spin bowler Tabraiz Shamsi says the Proteas can’t spend a lot time celebrating as they should stay centered on the duty at hand on the T20 World Cup.
Coasting to a nine-wicket win over Afghanistan with 67 balls to spare of their semifinal in Trinidad, the SA group booked their place in a World Cup remaining for the primary time.
All-rounder Marco Jansen took 3/16, main the Proteas’ frontline assault, whereas Shamsi returned 3/6 to assist take away the tail as Afghanistan had been bowled out for 56 runs.

Shedding ‘chokers’ tag

“Going into this final we’re very confident, and we’re just going to give our best, and whatever happens, happens,” Jansen mentioned.

South Africa will face both India or defending champions England within the T20 World Cup remaining to be performed in Barbados on Saturday.
India and England will compete within the different semifinal in Guyana on Thursday afternoon (4.30pm SA time).
