LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers now have each cause to be pissed off by their embattled loss towards the Boston Celtics in their tight Saturday rivalry conflict.

In the pool report launched by the league following the marquee match, Crew Chief Eric Lewis instructed Adam Himmelsbach of the Boston Globe that they failed to blow the whistle for LeBron James’ final play in regulation.

“There was contact. At the time, during the game, we did not see a foul. The crew missed the play.”

The complete NBA circle was in utter disbelief relating to the missed call, whereby James bulldozed his approach in the direction of the rim in hopes to ship the game-winning layup for the Lakers. The four-time MVP, who missed his layup, was slapped on his left wrist by Jayson Tatum on his shot try.

The Lakers ultimately fell in a painful vogue towards the Celtics in extra time, 125-121. James’ marvelous’ 41-point explosion went wasted, because the Thirteenth-seeded L.A. drops to 23-27 in the Western Conference ladder.
