The Proteas have been dealt one other blow to their hopes of reaching the Cricket World Cup in India later this 12 months.

South Africa have been fined 20 per cent of their match charge for sustaining a sluggish over-rate towards England within the third ODI in Kimberley on Wednesday.
Jeff Crowe of the Emirates ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees imposed the sanction after South Africa had been dominated to be one over wanting the goal after time allowances had been considered.
