Proteas star reveals substance abuse issue: Rehab to World Cup

Proteas Women’s wicket-keeper Sinalo Jafta has opened up about her struggles with alcoholism simply moths prior to her wonderful T20 World Cup marketing campaign, the place she collected a silver medal.

“14/10/22, I checked in to Rehab for alcohol abuse knowing full well that the T20 World Cup is in February, but at the time i wanted to walk away from the game. Fact that i walked out on the field of play in a T20 World Cup Final on the 26/02/2023 is miracle and blessing from God.”
