Red Bull Formula One boss Christian Horner cleared of inappropriate behaviour

Red Bull workforce chief Christian Horner was cleared on Wednesday of wrongdoing following an investigation into complaints of inappropriate behaviour towards him made by a feminine workforce member.

Horner, who has been workforce principal since 2005, denied the allegations made towards him and was subjected to a prolonged interview by an impartial London lawyer performing as investigator, who submitted a report back to Red Bull.

In a press release, Red Bull GmbH stated: “The impartial investigation into the allegations made towards Mr Horner is full and Red Bull can verify that the grievance has been dismissed.

“The complainant has a proper of enchantment. Red Bull is assured that the investigation has been truthful, rigorous and neutral.

“The investigation report is confidential and accommodates the personal info of the events and third events who assisted within the investigation and subsequently we won’t be commenting additional out of respect for all involved.

“Red Bull will continue striving to meet the highest workplace standards.”

Horner flew to Bahrain from London on Wednesday, however was not current on the circuit for a media day forward of the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend.
