The Springboks captain Siya Kolisi confirmed his restoration progress with delicate dance moves that went viral.

It was a nightmare to his followers when he went underneath the knife and was about to overlook the World Cup.

I am embracing the present and discovering joy in the small moments, even during these challenging times. Remember, everyone’s journey is unique, and it’s important to honor your own pace.”
