Cameron Smith gained his first Major at the one hundred and fiftieth Open Championship on Sunday – and at least three Springbok legends have been available to witness the Australian’s triumph!
Smith posted a ultimate spherical of 8-under par, 64 for an general rating of 20-under par, one stroke forward of American Cameron Young and two forward of Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy.

After the spherical, Smith joined Bryan Habana, Jean de Villiers and Schalk Burger – and the famed Claret Jug – for some effectively deserved celebratory drinks.
