Klay Thompson went off within the Warriors win over the Rockets. The 33-year-old taking pictures guard tied his season-high by scoring 42 points. He made 12 of 17 three-pointers.
Golden State’s head coach Steve Kerr was delighted with Thompson’s efficiency, particularly because it got here in his second back-to-back sport since 2019.
“He was brilliant tonight and it’s just so great to see him now at the point where he can do this,” he mentioned postgame. “This was his second back-to-back, obviously, first one being just before the break. I think that night we limited him to 25 minutes.
“He looked great out there not only with shooting, but his rebounding was a factor, his defense and playing 35 minutes second night of back-to-back that’s big time.”
This season Thompson is averaging 21.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and a couple of.4 assists in 32.7 minutes per sport.
