Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk agree unification bout boxing news

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have agreed to fight each other subsequent in a world heavyweight title unification bout, based on veteran boxing promoter Bob Arum.

The American, concerned in a few of Muhammad Ali’s celebrated contests of the Nineteen Seventies, added: “So they need the combat. Both of them need the combat and so there’ll be little or no, if any, (messing) round.

“Now the question is what’s the date and what’s the site. But that fight is definitely going to happen and it will happen in the first four months of next year.”

Usyk, 35, has twice defeated Anthony Joshua, firstly depriving the Briton of his world titles at Tottenham in September final 12 months earlier than defeating him once more in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this July.

This September, he stated of a doable contest with Fury: “I would like to see this combat occur subsequent 12 months.
