Udonis Haslem isn’t pleased with what he’s seeing in his final yr of being a Miami Heat.

“Nobody likes to lose,” Haslem told Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald. “I’m losing sleep at night, you know what I mean. This is not the way I wanted my last year to go.

“But I think definitely for me, nothing has been easy in life and I’ve had to work for everything. It’s just another situation where you got to work, man. For us to get what we want, we got to push a little harder, give a little more and that’s just how it is in life.”

The Heat at present occupies the seventh-best report in the East with a 33-30 report. But for this workforce that was just one win away from punching a ticket to the NBA Finals final yr, this might appear disappointing in hindsight.

The Heat have misplaced an important beginning piece in P.J. Tucker in the 2022 offseason. They haven’t discovered any alternative but till they inked Kevin Love for the rest of the season.

But greater than this difficulty, Miami have battled accidents and inconsistencies all through the season, as Kyle Lowry is about to overlook his Eleventh-straight sport as a consequence of left knee points.

For Haslem, he can definitely hope that his Heat workforce will have the ability to flip issues round as they transfer ahead in this daunting second-half of the season.
