The first two Formula One grands prix of this 12 months’s season will likely be held on a Saturday in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
This, as reported by The South African web site, is because of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan which begins on Sunday, 10 March this 12 months.
The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix was scheduled for that day, however has been moved ahead by 24 hours in consequence.
