When is the next grand prix in China?

The 2024 Formula One season will characteristic a document 24 races, the fifth of which can happen in China.

The opening two races of the season befell in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and have been each received in dominant style by Red Bull’s defending world champion Max Verstappen.

The third race noticed Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz come out on tops at the Australian Grand Prix.

Verstappen was again to his imperious finest at the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday, ranging from pole place, recording the quickest lap of the race and main team-mate Sergio Perez to a 1-2 end for Red Bull.

All eyes now flip to China in a fortnight.

The 2024 Chinese Grand Prix will happen at the Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday, 21 April.

The lights will exit at 09:00 (SA time).

As a reminder, the final time Formula One visited China was again in 2019 when Lewis Hamilton in his Mercedes took victory forward of then-team-mates Valtteri Bottas with Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel in third.
